Our role was to refine their strategy, creative direction and activations to gain cut through and win back the vital first impression of the brand that was costing them market share.

Strategy

Without the luxury of months. We deep dived into the comment sections across social, uncovered user behaviour and built WhatsApp groups with our target audience to get an instant pulse check on how the brand was perceived. 

We found people loved the product’s design and quality but the marketing felt disjointed and lacked local relevance.

Activation

We turned these insights into a longer-term strategy that we collaborated on with the CEO. Whilst also using them to create an immediate impact.

We tapped into Alpine’s musical DNA and the growing world of wellness to activate at London’s LIDO festival. We used a rapid production model through a network of creators to create a campaign that drove consideration and incremental sales. 

Results

The strategy and campaign were the start of a mindset shift within the brand. Engaging their CEO and Marketing Director to help them see their approach to the UK in a new light.

This helped strengthen the brand in its key growth markets before the sale to investment company Gimv.
