Experian

Repositioning a 200-year-old brand to unlock the next 5 years of growth

We partnered with Experian’s UK&I team to breathe new life into their positioning and collaborated with their C-Suite to define their 5-year mission.

Change Moment

Experian’s UK&I team approached us at a critical moment of change: they needed to unify their fragmented offering under one powerful, forward-facing proposition.

The goal was twofold. First, breathe new life into their positioning. Second, align their senior leadership across both B2C and B2B to define a compelling 5-year mission that would steer them into their next evolution of growth.

Their smart thinking, structured approach and thorough analysis, plus flex and agility make them a team I will work with again and again. I couldn’t recommend them enough”

Positioning

Everyone knows Experian for credit scores. But behind the scenes, they offer 120 products that power and protect the daily services millions rely on.

We landed on the concept of "Intelligence in motion". Intelligence being a key term in the age of human and artificial intelligence, doubling down on what Experian does best, “Connecting data and tech with their knowledge and expertise”.

Mission

A proposition must be the fuel for growth. To enable this, we worked closely with the UK&I C-Suite to tackle the tension of change, aligning B2B and B2C missions.

By turning "Intelligence in motion" into a shared 5-year mission, we empowered leadership to actively drive the business forward and be the enablers to shape the internal culture needed to unlock it.

Results

We equipped Experian with a unified proposition and a 5-year mission. By aligning internal culture with their external promise, we delivered a narrative ready to unlock their next evolution of growth.

Since we launched the proposition and implemented the 5-year mission, the UK&I business has seen a 3% increase in organic revenue growth.
